1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or playing the Ball Sort mobile application ('the App'), developed and operated by Silent Orbit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and remove it from your device.

2. Scope of Service & License

Ball Sort provides a casual color-sorting puzzle entertainment experience. Silent Orbit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download, install, and play Ball Sort on compatible Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. In-Game Economy & Purchases

Ball Sort offers optional digital content processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing:

• Virtual Coins & Boosters: In-game coins and consumable booster items (Extra Tube, Undo, Hint) are digital entertainment elements licensed solely for use within the App. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real currency or cash.
• VIP Crown Pass Subscriptions: Provides recurring premium benefits (ad-free play, 2x level coins, free booster per level, and daily coin/booster rewards). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the active billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Lifetime No-Ads: A one-time non-consumable purchase that permanently disables non-rewarded banner and interstitial advertisements. This purchase can be restored across compatible devices linked to the same Google Play account using the in-game 'Restore Purchases' button.
• Refunds: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies.

4. User Conduct & Fair Play

You agree to use Ball Sort fairly and lawfully. You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use memory editors, hacks, bots, or unauthorized cheats to artificially alter coin balances, booster counts, or level progression.
• Interfere with, circumvent, or disable any security features, license validation, or advertising delivery systems.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App—including game design, mechanics, software source code, ball textures, graphics, animations, sound effects, audio compositions, and branding—are the exclusive property of Silent Orbit. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent from Silent Orbit.

6. Data Retention and Local Storage

You acknowledge that Ball Sort operates on a local-first architecture. Your puzzle progression, unlocked levels, and virtual inventory are stored locally on your device's private storage. We do not maintain centralized cloud backup databases for player profiles. Clearing app data or uninstalling the App will result in the permanent removal of locally stored game records.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Silent Orbit does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device or OS version.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silent Orbit and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Modifications to Terms

Silent Orbit reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect legal changes or app improvements. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
