- Technical & Diagnostic Data: Device hardware model, operating system version, and anonymized performance/crash logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose defects and optimize runtime performance.
- Purchase Information: Virtual coin bundles, booster items, and VIP Crown Pass subscriptions are processed exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing. We do not receive, collect, or store payment card numbers or banking credentials; we only receive cryptographically signed purchase confirmation tokens from Google Play.
- Zero Personal Information: We do not collect, request, or store your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or physical location.

- App Stability & Improvement: Analyzing anonymized crash logs to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects for a smooth 60+ FPS gameplay experience.

The App requests only the absolute minimum Android permissions strictly necessary to operate:

- Internet & Network State: Required to display advertisements, verify purchases with Google Play, and send anonymous crash reports to Firebase Crashlytics.
- No Sensitive Permissions: Ball Sort does not request access to your Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Location/GPS, External Storage, or Photos.
5. Advertisements & Consent
To support continuous development and updates, Ball Sort integrates third-party advertisements in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies:
- Google AdMob: Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. AdMob may utilize your resettable Google Advertising ID in accordance with Google's privacy policies. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time in your Android device's Settings > Google > Ads.
- User Consent (UMP / GDPR): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, consent choices for personalized vs. non-personalized advertising are managed through the official Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.
- Optional Rewarded Ads: Watching rewarded video ads is entirely optional and initiated by the player to earn extra in-game boosters (+1 Extra Tube, +1 Undo, +1 Hint) or bonus coins.
- Ad-Free Experience: Players can permanently remove non-rewarded advertisements by purchasing Lifetime No-Ads or by subscribing to the VIP Crown Pass.
6. Data Storage and Security
All game progression, coin balances, and settings are stored locally on your device's internal storage, protected by Android's application sandboxing architecture. Network communications with Google services (Google Play, AdMob, Firebase) are encrypted in transit using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Cleartext HTTP traffic is completely disabled across the application.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because Ball Sort operates on a local-first architecture and does not maintain remote user accounts, your data is retained locally on your physical device for as long as the App remains installed. You have complete autonomy over your data:
- Clear Application Data: You can permanently erase all level progression, coin balances, and settings at any time by clearing the App's storage via Android Settings > Apps > Ball Sort > Storage > Clear Data.
- Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling Ball Sort immediately removes the application and permanently deletes all locally stored game files.
- Support Communications: If you contact our developer support via email, your correspondence is used strictly to assist you and will be deleted upon request.
8. Children's Privacy
Ball Sort is a family-friendly color-sorting puzzle game suitable for a general audience.
